Job Description- Supporting Events internally, manage queries related to event logistics via email
- Managing administrative task based on requestor requirements
- Assist in the preparation of event forecast, liaise with various departments to ensure smooth event coordination
- Coordinate catering / refreshments arrangements for VIPs and staff
- Manage telecommunication services and related assets
- Manage subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets
- Manage office equipment and stationery supplies
- Manage name cards order
- Manage contact listing
- Manage first aid / AED equipment
- Manage transport and travel arrangement
- Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
- Displays / signage management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior relevant experience in procurement, office admin, events management or in the job scope would be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
