P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading Statutory body. We are expanding and looking for Talents to be part of the team!

Job Description
  • Supporting Events internally, manage queries related to event logistics via email
  • Managing administrative task based on requestor requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of event forecast, liaise with various departments to ensure smooth event coordination
  • Coordinate catering / refreshments arrangements for VIPs and staff
  • Manage telecommunication services and related assets
  • Manage subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets
  • Manage office equipment and stationery supplies
  • Manage name cards order
  • Manage contact listing
  • Manage first aid / AED equipment
  • Manage transport and travel arrangement
  • Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
  • Displays / signage management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior relevant experience in procurement, office admin, events management or in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Working Days / Hours
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
  • City Hall MRT
