As a Temp HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support workforce initiatives.

Partner with divisions leaders to understand their needs and provide practical HR solutions
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
Contribute to organisational design projects and workforce planning initiatives
Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organisational needs and employee aspirations are met.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
Analyse workforce data and prepare insightful reports that drive decision-making
Coordinate recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements:

Singaporean
Degree
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has good understanding of HR analytics
A Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
