Temporary Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)

Join a solid HR team as a Temp HR Business Partner, where you’ll get hands-on experience supporting workforce projects and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with division leaders to understand their needs and deliver real, practical HR solutions
- Help develop and roll out HR strategies that line up with the company’s goals
- Get involved in organizational design and workforce planning efforts
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams on things like compensation, talent growth, and career development to balance company needs and employee goals
- Manage everyday employee questions and concerns
- Dive into workforce data and create reports that help guide decisions
- Support recruitment processes and boost employer branding
What we’re looking for:
- Singaporean with a degree
- Great at building relationships and connecting with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working both on your own and in a team
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and super motivated
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and have a good grip on HR analytics
- Can keep up in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
