Job Scope:
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate meetings and maintain records
- Support in preparing reports and presentation materials
- Process confirmation letters and handle staff exit procedures
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Support payroll processing and leave management
- Prepare HR reports (e.g. manpower, levy reports)
- Coordinate annual performance appraisals
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage foreign worker quotas and purchase security bonds
- Assist with medical insurance and work injury claims
- Process staff claims, reimbursements, and timesheets
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle any ad hoc HR tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant 1 year of experience in HR and Administrative functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of local employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
