The successful candidate will provide expert HR consultation, leveraging best-in-class practices to design, deliver, and support initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing human resource programs across assigned groups, working closely with business leaders to drive cultural transformation, support strategic workforce planning, identify training and development needs, guide talent acquisition efforts, and address employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly understand the objectives and challenges of various business units and apply HR strategies to support the achievement of broader organizational goals.
About The Role
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of business strategies by developing proposals to resolve key organizational challenges and providing expert HR consultation. This includes advising managers and employees on HR practices, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, and driving succession planning initiatives.The role will also involve consulting on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to strengthen overall capability.
In addition to strategic responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide coaching on employee relations issues such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with both local cultural contexts and legal requirements.Promoting a positive company culture is essential, and the Senior HR Business Partner will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, interpreting engagement data and helping teams develop actionable plans for improvement.
The role also includes supporting learning and development efforts by identifying training needs and encouraging continuous employee growth.
About You
Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a postgraduate qualification in HR will be an advantage. A minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with some exposure to manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR functions, and HRIS systems is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a collaborative partner, and a service-oriented professional who is open, flexible, and accountable.
