Responsibilities
- Partner with the supply chain leadership team to understand their business priorities and people strategies, and provide expert HR advice and solutions to enable their success
- Develop and implement effective HR initiatives, policies and processes to drive employee engagement, productivity and development
- Lead talent management activities, including succession planning, performance management and learning and development
- Provide hands-on HR support and coaching to managers on employee-related matters
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, global manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Proven track record in talent management, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
- Hands-on experience in HR processes and operations, including HR data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
