IT Support (Temporary Role) - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the IT ticketing system and ITSM tools to track and resolve user requests efficiently.
• Support end-user computing tasks including provisioning and configuring PCs in accordance with Microsoft security standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and escalate security incidents under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Participate in IT-led projects such as:
• SharePoint Online migration
• Microsoft 365 feature enhancement
• Infrastructure and endpoint security hardening
• Conduct user training sessions on application features and basic cybersecurity hygiene.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ISO27001 implementation and audit readiness.
• Provide general application and system support to internal users.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• Basic understanding of IT service management, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute proactively in a dynamic IT environment.
