Executive cook (chinese restaurant) - Toa Payoh

Kai Garden is recruiting eligible team player to join us in creating exquisite food dishes and provide impecable customer service to our diners.

• Executive cook in Chinese Kitchen
• Station in charge, be responsibke for smooth work flow in the kitchen from preparation to presentation of dish
• Assist main chef in preparing main menu items
• In charge of cooking main dishes allocated by Head Chef
• Maintain a high quality of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
• Be responsible for cleanliness of kitchen equipment

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Chinese Restaurant required
• Only Singaporeans
