Job Overview

- Coordinate and monitor shipment movements (import/export)
- Handle shipping documentation (e.g. Bill of Lading, invoices, permits)
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams on delivery timelines
- Provide updates and resolve shipment-related issues promptly
- Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination from order to delivery
- 1 – 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipment handling
- Familiar with shipping documentation and coordination processes
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
