What You’ll Be Doing- Respond to member inquiries and requests via phone and in-person interactions
- Provide clear and helpful information about our facilities, services, and policies
- Resolve member complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with the coordination of member events and activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in fitness or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of members
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
