- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
- Able to commit 5.5 days working including weekends and PH
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast pace work environment
- Prior experience in similar industry will be an advantage
