Toa Payoh - Senior / Project Manager, M&E

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented M&E professional with a passion for delivering quality projects on time and within budget? We are looking for a dynamic M&E Senior / Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the full cycle of Mechanical & Electrical works in interior fit-out and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality of workmanship, resolve technical issues, and maintain adherence to project requirements.
- Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation plans to keep the project on schedule.
- Oversee on-site M&E installation works in accordance with Singapore Power Grid, CP5, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes with complete documentation and client satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Respond to site issues related to electrical services, delivering immediate and practical solutions without compromising design or timelines.
- Investigate any site incidents and submit incident reports where necessary.
- Supervise the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring high standards of safety, workmanship, and design adherence.
- Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of M&E works from concept to completion.
- Lead the final project close-out process, including documentation, manuals, and client training if required.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing M&E installation works, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, standards (e.g., CP5), and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in ACMV systems and electrical services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
