PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE) / UP TO $10K

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execution of projects.
• Accountable for projects profit & loss.
• Keep the project cost budget given by the Tender & Contract Dept.
• Work with client project site team to formulate project program & schedule acceptable to the company.
• Plan all resources needed for successful execution of project including but not limited to manpower, materials, and plant & equipment.
• Work with client, consultant, and the company PE to submit application for temporary works & all other works within contract scope of work that require authority approval.
• Secure all permits and clearance forms from the relevant authorities to commerce site work.
• Work with assigned project QS to control cost of purchases and expenses.
• Manage all monthly claims, timely certifications and payments. All claims are to be fully and properly substantiated with proofs.
• Resolve all projects issues, quality and safety.
• Maintaining good relationship with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Similar.
• Min 4-5 years of project management experience in the civil engineering & construction industry
• Familiar with NCE applications.
• Strong knowledge of construction project planning, contract management, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

PROJECT MANAGER (C&S) / UP TO $7K

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate project status and address any issues or concerns
• Manage project resources, including budgets, schedules, and personnel, to optimise efficiency and productivity
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project team members

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the civil, structural and architectural works
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practice
