About the Role
We are looking for a Executive Director, Student Placements to lead and scale our global student placements business.
This is a full P&L ownership role responsible for driving student acquisition, conversion, enrollment, and end-to-end delivery across global source markets.
The initial focus will be activating our existing K12 school network and platform audience across Cialfo and BridgeU. Over time, the mandate expands to unlocking new growth levers, including demand generation, new channels, and selective offline or hybrid strategies, to build a 10x growth engine.
Key Responsibilities- P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Set annual and quarterly enrollment goals
- Monitor funnel performance, unit economics, and margins
- Build scalable, sustainable operating and financial plans
- Student Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Activate Cialfo and BridgeU’s K12 student ecosystem
- Build digital-first, direct-to-student acquisition journeys
- Drive demand generation through webinars, CRM campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and platform engagement
- Evaluate, test, and scale new growth channels beyond the existing ecosystem
- Counseling & Conversion
- Build and lead high-performing counseling teams (online and hybrid models)
- Improve conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment
- Establish clear KPIs, SOPs, and productivity benchmarks
- Ensure strong follow-up systems and structured student engagement
- Student Servicing & Delivery (Priority)
- Oversee end-to-end application and enrollment operations
- Ensure high service quality and strong student experience
- Improve enrollment completion and yield rates
- Build structured workflows, accountability systems, and performance dashboards
- Growth & Expansion
- Identify new source markets and expansion opportunities
- Test and scale new demand generation models
- Evaluate selective offline or partnership-led strategies where commercially viable
- Build a scalable operating model to support long-term global growth
- Team Leadership
- Hire and structure teams across marketing, counseling, servicing, and operations
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear ownership
- Develop leadership bench strength to support scaling
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, education, or enrollment-driven businesses
- Demonstrated P&L management experience
- Strong understanding of student acquisition funnels and conversion models
- Experience scaling teams, revenue, and operational systems
