Place: KAKI BUKIT Office
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 a.m. to 6.30 pm)
Basic Salary: $2600~$2800 + Additional Phone Allowances: $20
Contract : 2 years renewable
Job Scopes & Responsibility :
- User Access Provisioning, Amendment and Removal
- Grant / Revoke user access rights
- Process the account request form raised by the requestor.
- Ensure all information are correct and approval from Head of Division (HOD) are sought. Seek Approval from system owner.
- Implement the approved request
- Verify the completion of the request.
- Inform requestor and file the evidence upon completion of the request
Trigger and coordinate the access review.
Requirements:
- Request or retrieve list of access request from Systems and monthly leaver list from FM.
- Perform first level check for unnecessary account (e.g., Inactivity > 90 days, staff left organization etc).
- Perform sanity check and generate the access review list by division.
- Send the request to division for review.
- Ensure the return result with HOD approval.
- File the evidence to central repository upon completion of review.
- Follow-up based on the request result, e.g. send request to division to submit account request form if new account is required for staff.
- Ensure all approved request are implemented as per the SOP and within the stipulated timeline

Position 2 : Device Engineer (SINGAPOREAN ONLY! -Urgent!)
Place: North Zone Kranji or Yishun/ West SAFTI MI, Yew Tee MRT Zone / Army Campus - East Zone Tekong Island or Changi Naval Base or Pasi Laba Camp / SWI Joon Koon Camp & or Central Zone SCIENCE PARK
Basic Salary: $2400~$2800 + Additional Phone Allowances: $20
Contract : 2 years renewable
Scope Of Services:- Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices
- Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.
- Work with 3rd parties vendors
- Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
- Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
- Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in IT related qualification/Diploma in IT
- Fresh candidate with related IT Cert. can be considered but must be proficient in Microsoft Words/Excel/Outlook.
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and experience supporting Computing Devices

Position 3 : Desktop Support Engineer (SINGAPOREAN ONLY- NEED SECURITY CLEARANCE)Place : Central Region
Basic Salary: $2700~$3200 + Additional Phone Allowances: $20
Contract : 2 years renewable
Working Days & Working Hours :- Monday
- Friday (8am
- 5.30pm) ; Monday to Friday (8:30am
-6:30pm) ; Mon-Fri 9am to 6.30pm
Job Scope Description & Responsibilities :
- Support consists of IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets requests, walk-in, on-site , self-help kiosk, VIP phone, on/offboarding of systems, hardware/software support
- Require to support the IT concierge counter where they need to meet the users face to face, provide Level 1 to 1.5 IT support
- Address and resolves basic incident, walk in and requests, logs all incidents and requests ; engages Subject Matter Experts to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibilities
- Ensure proper escalation of all tickets to respective departments promptly after gathering the necessary information/ basic troubleshooting done. Critical tickets involving any security related matters or data breached to be escalated within an hour
- Document resolutions and updates self-help and knowledge base. Grows general knowledge of current IT application and services, increasing ability to resolve requests on first contact
- Network troubleshooting, both wired and wireless using Fluke testing device
- Verification of whitelisted USB device and to perform whitelisting of USB device
- Troubleshooting of hardware problem for PCs and PC peripherals, and reporting to vendor for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Software installation, Elevated Administrator access requirements and Software Security Compliance checking for onboarded/ corporate systems
- Removal and Secure Erasing of storage media for write off/Secure Token and connectivity issue
- Password reset for corporate user accounts
- Expected to move IT equipment with the proper handling tool
Requirements :
- Strictly open to Singaporean only (Only Local as Security Clearance Required)
- Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
- Prefer mandarin speaker to deal with China-speaking clients
- Minimum have 2 years of IT experience
- Only IOS and Samsung digital devices are allowed , except China brand Handphone is not allowed.
- Have IT trained with IT frontline experiences would be PRIORITY
