Remote HR Admin & Payroll Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote HR Admin & Payroll Assistant to support daily administrative and human resource operations remotely. The role involves handling HR documentation, payroll support, invoice processing, employee claims, and coordination with the finance team to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote administrative support for HR and office operations
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll preparation and payroll-related administration
  • Process staff claims, invoices, and reimbursement requests accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with the finance department on payroll and payment matters
  • Support onboarding and general employee administration
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents
  • Communicate effectively with team members through online platforms and email
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and HR duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online communication tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
