Manage the trainers in the training unit
  • Assist in the curriculum development and instructional design of courseware
  • Project manage the outsourcing of courseware development and contextualisation projects
  • Perform quality assurance of curriculum and training delivery
  • Perform trainers’ development and management
  • Work with product developments and manage training delivery
  • Support corporate initiatives and/or bids

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline (Preferably Business / HR/ Finance)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development training and development, and preferably have experience in managing funding bodies (eg: SSG, IBF, e2i)
  • Possess WSQ DDDLP / WSQ DACE (mandatory requirements)
  • Strong in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
  • Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Mature, confident, positive mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff and trainers
  • Self-starter with strong organization and influencing skills, able to work with limited guidance and resources
  • Passion for learning and willing to learn
  • Possess a strong passion in fostering a learning culture, developing talents, training tools, and technology
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, and data analytics skills
  • Strong adaptability in fast-paced environment
