Retail Training Manager (Luxury Brand l Central) - Toa Payoh

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and localizing training programs to enhance retail team performance and customer experience. It involves conducting in-store coaching, supporting new store openings, and partnering with retail leaders to identify and address training needs.

• Implement and adapt global onboarding and training curricula to support business goals and elevate customer experience.
• Partner with retail leadership to assess talent gaps, align training initiatives with short- and long-term business objectives, and support leadership development.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics (e.g., Mystery Shopper scores), and maintain detailed records of training programs.
• Act as a key motivator and brand champion, fostering a strong service culture & building internal talent.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in training within retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs
• Field coaching and hands-on store training experience preferred
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across different levels and cultures
