About our company

We focus on the integration of international hidden gems and cult favorite products aimed at providing consumers with a premium shopping experience at all retail stores islandwide. At present, we have 7 retail stores in the following locations:

Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager plays a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to achieve store targets and maintain high standards.A passion for the beauty industry, trend awareness, and a customer-focused approach are essential for creating an engaging shopping experience while driving business success.
- Sales & Operational Excellence
- Drive store performance by setting and achieving sales targets.
- Implement strategies, track results, and optimize sales transactions.
- Manage inventory, store facilities, and enforce security/safety policies.
- Oversee retail administration, crisis response, and customer order fulfilment.
- People & Customer Experience
- Lead and guide the team with a strong service vision.
- Coach and develop team members on product knowledge & selling techniques.
- Promote diversity, recognize achievements, and foster team growth.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and create a seamless shopping experience.
- Develop service recovery plans and strengthen customer relationships.
- Innovation & Business Growth
- Assess productivity and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation, introduce new products/services, and optimize retail space.
- Engage with beauty trends, loyalty programs, and marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of store management experience, including at least 2 years in people management.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and a commitment to service excellence.
- Passion for beauty trends and retail innovation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
