KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales & Maximize Profitability- Oversee store sales performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Set clear goals and ensure team alignment.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare reports for management.
- Provide a luxury shopping experience that is personalized and engaging.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through superior service.
- Conduct daily briefings and manage stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs and uphold brand merchandising standards.
- Prepare monthly reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Act as second-in-command in the Store Manager’s absence.
- 5 years retail experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Diploma or equivalent experience in luxury retail.
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
