About the Role
The Operations Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily logistics operations. You will serve as the bridge between drivers, merchants, and the internal operations team, ensuring all deliveries are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Coordination- Monitor live delivery operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate with drivers and merchants for pick-up and delivery issues in real time.
- Manage and assign driver schedules or shift allocations according to operational needs.
- Track and update delivery performance metrics and order completion reports.
- Handle escalations such as failed deliveries, missing parcels, and merchant complaints.
- Investigate operational incidents and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with delivery SOPs and proper documentation of exceptions.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance reports (delivery rates, failure reasons, etc.).
- Support in payout reconciliation, claims, and deductions for drivers.
- Maintain driver records and update system information as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for drivers regarding route updates, policies, or payout clarifications.
- Collaborate with merchant partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Conduct regular briefings or reminders for drivers to ensure adherence to delivery standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or on-demand delivery platforms (e.g., Lalamove, GrabExpress, NinjaVan).
- Strong communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management systems.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
- Experience handling driver or vendor communications.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s geography and delivery routes (if applicable).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using backend dashboards.
