Admin & Accounts Executive

Responsibilities*:

  • Handle full set of accounting functions such as invoice billings, receipts, data-entry, payment of suppliers’ invoices and other ad-hoc expenses.
  • Manage monthly and annual closing for multiple corporate entities.
  • Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
  • Record transactions and events relating to accruals, pre-payments, capital structures and finance costs.
  • Enter accurate data into the accounting system.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Accounts reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
  • Update and liaise with 3rd party pertaining to payment.
  • Handle monthly intercompany billings and process staff claims.
  • Handle GST preparation for quarterly submission, statutory tax and audit.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Organisation skills, independent.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Experience in a chain outlet environment is a plus.
  • Min. 2 years of experience.

Admin & Operations Executive

Responsibilities*:

  • Provide operational and technical support to outlets and office.
  • Picking and packing of beauty products and arranging delivery.
  • Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Documentation and adhering to local regulators requirements and standards.
  • Administration for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Analyse data trend and report generation for department head.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • Bilingual – English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Words, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of teamwork are essential.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedule and independently.
