Job description

Responsibilities

Prepare and estimate pre-tender and budgetary costing and submission.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, estimate cost and call quotations including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender.
Study and identify discrepancies in tender /contract documents and raise queries for clarifications.
Prepare LOI/LOA, awarding Subcontractors.
Contract administration and documentation including Monthly progress claims, Variation Works with the Clients /Main Contractors.
Evaluation and certify sub-contractors progress claims, variation works including contract administration.
Other quantity surveying related duties for projects.

Requirements

Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any relevant discipline
Min 1 year of experience in similar field (interior design, furniture & fixtures, etc)
Work independently with minimum supervision
Highly organised and detail – oriented
