Bukit Merah - Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor (SENIOR)

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects
• Monitoring and managing project costs to ensure they remain within budget
• Negotiating and finalising contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Producing regular financial reports and updates for project stakeholders
• Providing expert advice on construction costing and contractual matters
• Collaborating with the project team to optimise cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering projects and construction costing principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using construction estimating software and cost management tools
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
