Marketing Executive
Job Summary:We’re looking for a driven and imaginative Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. In this role, you’ll help lead the planning and execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels to boost brand visibility, engagement, and student inquiries.
This is a hands-on, creative position, perfect for someone passionate about the arts, education, and shaping the next generation of digital creatives.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Manage the creation and rollout of digital content such as social media posts, reels, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand tone, creative direction, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, external vendors, and student ambassadors to bring campaigns to life in a timely and engaging manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using campaign data and key metrics to drive decisions and improve future content and strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends in design, animation, and education, offering insights and ideas to strengthen our positioning.
- Assist in organising and marketing events such as Open Houses, school talks, education fairs, and industry showcases.
- Work closely with the Student Recruitment team to align outreach goals and support prospective student engagement through targeted messaging and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing tools, creative trends, and best practices, proactively recommending new channels or technologies that could enhance brand visibility and student reach.
- A strong communicator with a sharp sense of tone, especially when engaging young creatives.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in making things happen.
- Equally comfortable collaborating in a team or owning your workflow.
- Passionate about design, animation, games, or digital storytelling, you understand what we do and care about it.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Arts Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred, but we also welcome fresh grads with relevant portfolios!
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or TikTok’s editing features.
- Basic knowledge of Meta/Google Ads, EDM platforms like Mailchimp, or analytics tools.
- Bonus if you’ve contributed to educational, youth-focused, or creative initiatives.
