Accounts cum Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

We are an accounting and corporate services provider looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Marketing Executive (Part-Time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting functions for our clients and serve as a key contact point for potential client enquiries.

1. Client Accounting Management

• Manage full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations for clients, primarily in the engineering sector.
• Coordinate with project suppliers and prepare project costings.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process payments and payroll.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, CPF and other statutory submissions.

1. Marketing & Website Maintenance

• Maintain and update Company website content.
• Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Help enhance Company’s online visibility and outreach.

1. Client Enquiry Handling & Quotation Preparation

• Attend to enquiries from potential clients regarding our services.
• Assess prospective clients' business structure, transaction volume, and accounting needs.
• Prepare tailored service proposals and quotations.

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Prior experience in marketing or digital content management will be an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks; comfortable with digital tools and IT systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
