As a Sales Administrator, Robotics, you will play a key support role in enabling our team to win new business and deliver a seamless client experience. From managing tender submissions to coordinating reports, meetings, and events, you’ll ensure the team operates efficiently and stays focused on driving growth in this exciting frontier of robotics and automation.

Your Impact
  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing tender documents and ensuring all requirements are met for successful submissions.
  • Support new sales order creation, including quotations and opening of Sales Orders.
  • Track and follow up on expiring contracts, and raise termination requests where necessary.
  • Assist in preparing and reconciling sales commission documentation.
  • Generate accurate and timely sales reports from SAP and CRM systems for visibility on revenue performance and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain sales records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain calendars for the Sales Team to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle logistics, catering, and setup for pre- and post-sales events, client visits, and internal meetings.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips or overseas seminars.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a technology, engineering, or B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
