Clinic Receptionist / Assistant (Full-Time)

PHYX Physiotherapy+ is a modern physiotherapy clinic located at the heart of Singapore (Bugis, DUO Galleria), with a team of health & fitness specialists who believes in fitness beyond rehabilitation. We are on a lookout for an enthusiastic assistant and team player who can join our expanding team and support us as we grow!
The clinic receptionist / assistant is required to handle administrative duties, assist in the up-keeping of the physiotherapy clinic, and assist the physiotherapists when required.- Handling of appointment booking system
- Handling of phone calls / enquiries
- Highly service-oriented
- Perform registration of new or existing patients
- Charge patients accurately
- Assist in clinic payment and cash transactions
- Comply with clinical/service standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and other operational matters
- Assist in the training of new administrative assistant(s)
- Prepare and regularly update the clinic inventory
- Assist in marketing of the clinic
Experience / Qualifications:
All applicants are welcome to apply!- Having working experience in the service and marketing industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills.
- Service-oriented and a good team-player.
- Dynamic, resourceful, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment (answering phone calls, acquiring relevant details, booking appointments concurrently and accurately).
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail)
- Able to write and speak fluently in English. Being able to speak Mandarin, Malay or dialects is an advantage.
Working hours:
5 DAYS WORK WEEK (Full-time)- Tuesday to Friday | 9am - 7pm
- Saturday | 9am - 6pm
- Sundays & Mondays closed
- Remuneration to commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Having marketing skills is a bonus
