We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Executive to join our dynamic team in the Punggol North-East Region. What you'll be doing- Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolving contractual disputes and claims
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Qualification Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using project management and cost control software (BIM)
- Familiarity with construction contracts and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
