1 Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reports to the Managing Director and assists in all costs and contractual issues in Sub-Contracts connected to all projects (GB & CE) and sales for GB (Minor Projects).
2. Liaise with Main contractor to get new projects.
3. Responsible in cost analysis and contract documents administration.
4. Reviews tender documents / requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements.
5. Study and identify discrepancies in drawings & documents and raise queries for clarifications.
6. To work closely, good communication with the client to get accurate information to prepare quotation.
7. Responsible for details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurement against the drawings as specified in the tender document and pricing.
8. Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of quotation submission, progress payment claims, variation order claims and including all final accounts.
9. Be familiar with the specifications and scope of works at various stages of the project/ precast items so as to be able to advise the structural, architectural on the contracted design requirements.
10. Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications.
11. Request quotation from Sub-con and Suppliers.
12. Follow up for submitted quotations and tenders to the clients.
13. Maintaining good documentation and get complete information for cost control/progress claims/ variation claim.
14. Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects.
15. Attend the commercial & technical meetings to get complete information for pre and post projects by Zoom or Google meet.
16. Preparation for VO submission and liaise with consultants, clients & factory to get SOI and to collect any other supporting documents.
17. Preparation for Final Account Submission.
18. Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director.
19. Checking of all calculations and info from sub-ordinate.

Job Qualifications

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably with experience in precast concrete works or construction projects involving precast components
• Proven track record in cost control and contract administration.

#2 Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists in all costs and contractual issues in Contracts connected to the projects.
2. Reviews tender documents / requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements.
3. Responsible for the details and accurate quantity taking off, details measurements for all projects.
4. Analysis of price comparison, and updating pre & post quotation clarifications.
5. To call customer for awarded projects from project information/Gebiz to participate in their ongoing and also tender projects.
6. Preparation of progress claim submission, VO submissions & Final Account.
7. Maintaining good documentation and get complete information for cost control/progress claims/ variation claim.
8. Attend the technical meetings to get complete information for pre and post projects by attending at project site or by Zoom or Google meet.
9. Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Qualifications

Education Required:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building /Quantity Surveying

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in measurement of quantities, cost estimation in building construction/civil projects
