About the role
We are seeking an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Punggol North-East Region. This full-time role is crucial to the successful delivery of our construction projects, as it involves managing all aspects of cost control and contract administration.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, material procurement, and project budgets
- Negotiate and administer construction contracts, including managing variations and claims
- Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering to optimise project costs
- Maintain comprehensive cost records
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
- Understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control techniques
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards
