Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of retail outlets.
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 10–20 Retail Assistants to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff performance and scheduling, ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
- Handle inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure store cleanliness, compliance with SOPs, and smooth cashier operations.
- Assist in achieving sales targets, analysing performance metrics, and improving store productivity.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the Retail Manager in training new hires and developing team members.

- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
