• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant retail industry regulations
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to understand and meet the needs of a diverse customer base
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business decisions
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., retail management, business, or marketing)
