Job Responsibilities

Customer Support
  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media
  • Assist customers with menu information, reservations and order enquiries
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels
Order Coordination
  • Process and coordinate catering orders, delivery orders and bulk orders
  • Liaise with kitchen teams, outlets and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Track order status and proactively update customers
Sales Support
  • Assist with corporate catering enquiries and event orders
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations and order confirmations
  • Upsell menu items and recommend suitable packages to customers
Operations Support
  • Maintain accurate order records in POS or internal systems
  • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal menu launches
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer orders
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or F&B
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, POS systems and Google Workspace
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in restaurant operations or catering
  • Familiar with food delivery platforms
  • Experience handling corporate clients or event orders
