Job Responsibilities
Customer Support- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media
- Assist customers with menu information, reservations and order enquiries
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels
- Process and coordinate catering orders, delivery orders and bulk orders
- Liaise with kitchen teams, outlets and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Track order status and proactively update customers
- Assist with corporate catering enquiries and event orders
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations and order confirmations
- Upsell menu items and recommend suitable packages to customers
- Maintain accurate order records in POS or internal systems
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal menu launches
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer orders
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or F&B
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, POS systems and Google Workspace
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant operations or catering
- Familiar with food delivery platforms
- Experience handling corporate clients or event orders
