Our Client:
- Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
- Monday to Friday, 830am-6pm
- Ang Mo Kio (Company Transport Provided @ Yio Chu Kang MRT)
- UP $6500 Basic + Stand By Allowance + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, and track problems through resolution
- Manage network and bandwidth usage and escalate problems whenever necessary
- Ensure generation and management of support tickets accordingly to SLA requirements
- Schedule and run periodic maintenance for network infrastructure at data centre
- Manage change request and maintenance activities for network operations which includes firmware patches
- Perform change request, service request as assigned and manage cisco routers, switches, and perform firmware patching on network equipment
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Min 3 year of Network Engineer experience in operations environment
- Possess CCNA / CCNP certification
- Proficient in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or Go preferred) and familiar with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent
