Field Service Technician x4 (Semiconductor Equipment) (Ref: 37403)

Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500

Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for semiconductor equipment and related products. This role ensures customers receive high-quality support, timely troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with internal and external teams.

【 Responsibilities 】

Deliver technical support for products to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate and communicate with customers, head office, agents, and relevant stakeholders regarding product support.
Provide support for CMP and other semiconductor equipment.
Handle maintenance and support for Ozone Water Generators and other related products.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)

Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering, technical support, or field service within the semiconductor equipment industry
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work outside office hours and provide on-call support

(Advantageous)

Experience and knowledge of semiconductor equipment
