We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at TECHWING INC. SINGAPORE BRANCH'. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our clients' mission-critical equipment.This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing- Perform on-site Maintenance of semiconductor inspection equipment, troubleshooting, and on-site customer service support.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance report.
- Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Comply with all safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only.
- Formal technical qualification in a relevant field (e.g. electronics, engineering).
- Minimum 1-3 years' of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel when required.
