Senior Marketing Communication Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, press releases, and print materials.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
• Organize events, workshops, and other promotional activities to showcase the Institute's technologies and foster industry mindshare.
• Coordinate marketing communications across multiple departments, divisions, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of key messages.
• Collaborate with the internal Corporate Communications team to develop press materials and announcements about the company’s technologies, projects, speeches, and internal events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, digital content creation, or journalism.
• Strong understanding of the multi-channel media landscape and trends in digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a flair for producing clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Outstanding verbal and presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
