Service Ambassador (6 Months Contract)

Location: Ubi Road

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Alternate half-day Saturdays required from the 2nd month onwards (training provided)
Salary: $2,200 – $2,400/month (based on experience) - OT payable after 44 hours/week

Attire: Company polo tee provided

Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Promote in-store products and respond to merchandise-related enquiries
Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate daily submission of collected payments
Manage incoming phone calls, handle general enquiries, and route calls to the appropriate team
Schedule and manage customer appointments
Support vehicle collection processes after service or repairs
Maintain accurate records and documentation for purchases and service collections

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers
Fluent in English and able to commit for the full 6-month duration
