Key Responsibilities- Report to the Senior HR Manager and support the implementation of proactive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business expansion plans
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Manpower planning and deployment
- Performance management
- Organisational change management
- Employee relations, engagement, and experience
- Labour relations
- Talent management and succession planning
- Collaborate with HR strategic planning teams to review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives and statutory requirements
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and operational leaders to provide HR advice, support, and coaching
- Lead and oversee onboarding programmes for new hires
- Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare HR statistical reports
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and manage manpower budgets
- Degree holder from a recognised institution
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, supported by formal HR qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, lawful employment practices and compliance requirements
- Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality or similar industries is an advantage
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and improving HR programmes, policies, and processes
- Broad hands-on knowledge of HR practices, including:
- Employment law
- Compensation and benefits
- Performance management
- Employee relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
