Billing & Finance Support
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely processing of internal and external billings.
- Prepare billing-related documents such as purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Liaise with the Finance team and external vendors to clarify billing details and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Assist with HR documentation, including employee profiles, confirmation letters, increment and bonus letters.
- Ensure all employee personnel files are accurately maintained and updated.
- Support HR processes through data entry and general admin tasks.
- Provide logistical and secretarial support such as meeting scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of admin duties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
