Position: Programme Support Executive
Location: Outram Park
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $3,000 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 6 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from programme participants and clinical partners regarding application processes, rewards, and other programme-related matters
  • Support recruitment initiatives through coordination of corporate roadshows and vendor management, while facilitating effective participant onboarding and engagement
  • Provide first-line support for the digital platform and troubleshooting assistance to users
  • Serve as the liaison between the programme and partners, effectively triaging and routing programme-related enquiries to appropriate stakeholders
  • Monitor and validate programme deliverables, including participants’ rewards communication to ensure operational efficiency
  • Monitor and document programme feedback for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships independently
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting capabilities and comfort in providing first-line technical support
  • Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
