As a Building Manager (Grade A Commercial Building), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the building operations and facilities, including a team of building executives and outsources services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition.
• Prepare budget planning for the building, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
• Prepare and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance, services and supplies.
• Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by staff and vendors.
• Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update the building’s policies and compliance regularly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable.
• Conduct required mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises in compliance with SCDF’s regulations.
• Attend to correspondences and tenants on matters relating to the building and liaise with all relevant authorities on the Building.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess a recognised degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• Fire Safety Manager Certification would be an advantage
