Building Manager [Data Center | Up to $5k]

Responsibilities:

• Responsible as overall on-site person-in-charge for property management services under this Building
• Responsible for smooth building/ facilities management operation including developing guidelines/ Standard Operating Procedures and advise the Building Owner with options available and best resolution based on requirements and its practices and site circumstances.
• Responsible for incident control, management, activation of rightful parties for incident response and timely reporting/ escalation.
• Responsible as Site Main Controller (SMC) under CERT team setup.
• Represent the Building Owner on Contractors’ management and to ensure Contractors’ safety compliance.
• Responsible for maintenance and upgrading activities including power shutdown for HT/LT (High Tension/Low Tension) servicing/genset load test, cyclical replacement works from planning, execution till defects closure.
• Responsible to advise Building Owner and make recommendation ensuring its maintenance regime by Contractors is timely, appropriate and adequate and licenses renewal/authorities submission are in compliance with latest authorities requirements, Acts, Regulations, Singapore Standards, Code of Practices.
• Responsible for preparation of annual OPEX/CAPEX budget, its control and monitoring.
• Liaison with its Users, customers and Contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent with
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in managing similar facilities and data centre facilities, with three (3) years managerial roles in similar project scale and competent to handle key building infrastructure systems and FM200, VESDA, CRAU, BMS
• Compulsory certification:
• bizSAFE Level 2,
• CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency
• WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes
