This position oversees end-to-end building operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth , sustainable, and complaint property performance.

• Lead and guide a facilities team in overseeing day-to-day building operations and outsourced services such as maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintenance standards, ensuring works meet contractual and operational requirements.
• Conduct inspections, recommend improvements, and ensure timely rectification of building or system issues.
• Manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor selection for maintenance and capital projects.
• Drive sustainability efforts, regulatory compliance, and tenant relations to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.

• Min. 5 years of experience in handling commercial buildings, and managing tenants.
• Prior experience in leading a team.
