About the role
Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd.' is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join our team in Toa Payoh Central Region on a 4-month contract basis, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. As part of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as processing payroll, leave, and benefits
- Coordinate and participate in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
