HR Assistant
We are looking for a hands-on HR Assistant to manage the daily administration of our workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring that all worker activities—from daily attendance and work logs to mandatory safety training—are accurately tracked and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Work Entry: Verify and update daily attendance, work logs, and site entry records for all workers.
Training Coordination: Monitor and schedule mandatory safety and skill training (e.g., CSOC, AWSHPP) to ensure all workers maintain valid certifications.
Worker Logistics: Manage dormitories, transportation schedules, and medical check-up appointments for workers.Administrative Support: Assist with work pass renewals, cancellations, and basic MOM compliance documentation.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the management in general office administration and any urgent operational tasks.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
Experience in the Construction sector is a significant advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential for data entry and tracking).
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with workers of different nationalities.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to handle "on-the-ground" ad-hoc duties.
