Job Overview:
This role involves supporting the organisation’s strategic planning, performance management and administrative support which include the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Review- Facilitate and contribute to the strategic planning sessions and reviews with Senior Management and the Board.
- Ensure alignment of strategies, action plans, and resources across functions and business units.
- Monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives and organisational performance against key performance indicators.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic adjustments through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out short- and long-term ESG action plans.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organisational compliance with relevant ESG-related standards and guidelines.
- Perform secretariat duties for meetings and ensuring timely distribution of meeting materials and documentation for senior management, Board and Ministry engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison for legal requests
- Manage the administrative and procurement process for legal services.
- Maintain an organised tracking systemfor all ongoing legal requests.

- Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
- Managing CFS’ account on Giving.sg platform
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Banking or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, secretariat work or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. Experience working with senior management and Boards will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Office 365.
