About Us

United FMO Pte Ltd is a growing logistics and haulage company providing container trucking, LCL cargo transportation, time-critical deliveries, and logistics support services across Singapore.

Training will be provided.

• Assist in coordinating daily transport and delivery operations
• Support job scheduling and driver coordination
• Monitor delivery progress and update job statuses
• Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Assist in handling delivery documentation and permits
• Track vehicle servicing schedules and operational records
• Support the operations team in resolving delivery issues and delays
• Update reports, spreadsheets, and operational systems
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on operational matters
• Assist with after-hours coordination when required

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented
• Candidates with logistics or transport internship experience will have an advantage
